I installed a new set of D'Addario J17 phosphor bronze, and did a complete setup on the guitar. For all its years this guitar has not been played much.
The bridge is not pulled, the belly is not bowed, the neck set is correct, there is minimal fret wear, and only slight signs of wear on the fingerboard up to the fourth fret. There are no structural issues with the guitar. Also, as with most older guitars there is finish stress around the neck joint (see pic 8). There is one mar on the underside of the neck near the eighth fret that my high definition camera makes look worse than it is (see pic 9). The cosmetics are in good condition with only a few minor dings and scratches.
